Questions to prepare before your enquiry
A useful enquiry describes what you need, the facts that affect it, and the outcome you expect. Keep copies of written quotations and clarify exclusions before agreeing to a service.
- Start with your actual travel purpose, nationality and country of residence.
- Identify dates, intended duration and whether an inviter or sponsor is involved.
- Check the official route and required supporting documents.
- Ask about entry conditions, permitted activities, fees and application handling.
- Do not treat a provider quotation or enquiry submission as a visa approval.
Turn your checklist into a brief
Summarise your circumstances, location, desired timeline and the questions still unanswered. At the enquiry stage, avoid sharing identity documents, banking passwords or sensitive records. A provider can explain its secure document process if you proceed.
