Questions to prepare before your enquiry
A useful enquiry describes what you need, the facts that affect it, and the outcome you expect. Keep copies of written quotations and clarify exclusions before agreeing to a service.
- Identify the exact property, location, title and ownership right being offered.
- Confirm your ownership eligibility for that property with the current official rules.
- Ask for the seller or representative authority and the relevant property documentation.
- Separate the price from registration, brokerage, financing and ongoing ownership costs.
- Treat ownership, financing and residency as separate questions requiring separate confirmation.
Turn your checklist into a brief
Summarise your circumstances, location, desired timeline and the questions still unanswered. At the enquiry stage, avoid sharing identity documents, banking passwords or sensitive records. A provider can explain its secure document process if you proceed.
