Questions to prepare before your enquiry
A useful enquiry describes what you need, the facts that affect it, and the outcome you expect. Keep copies of written quotations and clarify exclusions before agreeing to a service.
- Keep your employment contract, salary details and service dates available before calculating any entitlement.
- Separate resignation, contract expiry and employer termination because different rules can apply.
- Use the last wage or wage basis required by the relevant rule rather than assuming basic salary only.
- Check overtime, leave and notice-period rights against the current Saudi Labour Law and your contract.
- For disputes or case-specific interpretation, use the official MHRSD or Ministry of Justice route rather than relying only on a calculator.
Turn your checklist into a brief
Summarise your circumstances, location, desired timeline and the questions still unanswered. At the enquiry stage, avoid sharing identity documents, banking passwords or sensitive records. A provider can explain its secure document process if you proceed.
