Questions to prepare before your enquiry
A useful enquiry describes what you need, the facts that affect it, and the outcome you expect. Keep copies of written quotations and clarify exclusions before agreeing to a service.
- Describe the actual business activity and how you plan to earn revenue.
- List the owners, their residency and whether an existing foreign company is involved.
- Ask which registrations and sector-specific permissions apply to that exact activity.
- Request an itemised quote separating government charges, provider fees and renewals.
- Confirm who handles banking, tax registration, premises and post-registration obligations.
Turn your checklist into a brief
Summarise your circumstances, location, desired timeline and the questions still unanswered. At the enquiry stage, avoid sharing identity documents, banking passwords or sensitive records. A provider can explain its secure document process if you proceed.
