Who is responsible for your information?
SMCE Saudia operates smcesaudia.com and is responsible for the personal information collected through its callback form. For privacy questions, consent withdrawal or a request about your information, email hello@smcesaudia.com. Please include your enquiry reference if available.
SMCE Saudia provides service information and helps arrange introductions to third-party providers. It does not itself provide the financial, insurance, property, company registration, visa or tax services described on this website.
What we collect and why
- Required callback details: your name, mobile number and nationality. Your name and number allow us to identify and contact you about your request. Nationality provides context for services whose requirements can differ; it does not determine eligibility automatically.
- Optional details: email, your message and the details you choose to supply for the selected service. These may include company type, city, budget, loan type, monthly income, property preferences, insurance category, number of people needing cover, visa plans or business tax information. We use these to understand and route your enquiry.
- Request records: the selected service, submission time, reference, consent wording/version and source page. These help us manage enquiries, record your instructions and respond to questions or complaints.
- Technical information: hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser/request information and access logs to operate and protect the site. The callback handler uses short-lived, keyed hashes for submission throttling and duplicate detection rather than recording your IP address as a lead field.
We collect callback details directly from you. Please provide accurate information about yourself, or act with the appropriate authority for someone you represent. Do not submit passwords, bank/card numbers, passport or identity documents, medical records or detailed health information. This initial form is not intended to collect sensitive documents or applications from children.
Your choice and the purpose of processing
Submitting the callback form is voluntary. We rely on your recorded consent to review the enquiry, contact you about it and arrange a relevant provider callback. Without the required contact details and consent, we cannot process a callback request. You can still browse the website without submitting a form.
Optional questions may be left blank. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or authorise unrelated advertising. We do not use it to make automated eligibility, lending, insurance or visa decisions. Any processing necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect the website must have an applicable lawful basis and be limited to that purpose.
Who may receive your information?
Authorised SMCE Saudia administrators can review enquiries. Hosting and technical service providers, including Hostinger, support storage and operation of the website. Access should be limited to what is necessary for those services.
Your callback consent authorises SMCE Saudia to share your contact information and relevant enquiry details with a service provider for your selected requirement. It does not authorise distributing your details for unrelated services. Provider routing is handled by SMCE; the website does not automatically broadcast leads to a provider list.
You may ask which organisation received your enquiry. A provider that processes your information for its own quotation, assessment or service is responsible for explaining its own privacy practices. Ask for its identity and privacy notice before supplying further documents. Relevant information may also be disclosed where required by law or a competent authority.
Storage, security and international processing
Enquiries are stored as private records in the website’s WordPress database, accessible through authorised administration accounts. The website uses HTTPS, server-side input checks, form verification and basic anti-spam controls. No website or communication method can guarantee absolute security.
The site uses Hostinger hosting and associated infrastructure. Processing locations depend on the hosting, support and backup configuration; we do not promise that all processing takes place in Saudi Arabia. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry. Any transfer outside Saudi Arabia must meet applicable Saudi requirements, including an appropriate transfer basis and safeguards where required. Callback consent is not a substitute for those requirements.
How long we keep information
We retain identifiable enquiries only while needed to handle the request, arrange and follow up a referral, resolve a related complaint or meet a specific legal obligation. Records must be reviewed and deleted or anonymised when those purposes end. If a legal obligation or active dispute requires longer retention, only the information needed for that purpose should be retained.
Deletion requests also require consideration of copies, recipients and backups. Backups are for recovery, not continued marketing use; deletion instructions must be reapplied if a backup is restored. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of your particular enquiry.
Your rights and withdrawal of consent
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request information about processing, access to your data, a readable copy, correction or completion of inaccurate information, and destruction of information no longer lawfully required. You may withdraw callback consent by emailing hello@smcesaudia.com.
Withdrawal stops future consent-based use and referrals; it does not invalidate processing already lawfully carried out. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will explain any lawful reason preventing fulfilment of a request. Where information was shared, we will take the applicable steps to communicate corrections, withdrawal or deletion requests to recipients.
We will handle privacy requests within the time limits required by applicable law. You can also raise a complaint with the competent Saudi data-protection authority through the SDAIA National Data Governance Platform.
Cookies and browser storage
WordPress and hosting components may use storage needed for security, administration and site operation. The website’s planning tools may store a location or nationality preference in your browser’s session storage; the calculators work in your browser. You can clear this storage through your browser settings. Clearing essential storage may affect functionality.
No advertising consent is included in the callback checkbox. If optional advertising or analytics tracking is introduced, the relevant information and any required choice must be provided before it is used.
Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this notice changes and seek fresh consent where a new purpose requires it. For privacy enquiries, write to hello@smcesaudia.com.
